a decent stay near the alcazaba
central location helpful staff room cleanliness street noise shower curtain slow breakfast
the location was central! it was super close to all the historic sites. the staff were pleasant and always ready to assist! plus, the cleanliness of the room was great, i found it very well-kept.
the noise from the street at night was quite loud! it definitely affected my sleep. the bathroom shower had a curtain that didn't stop water from getting everywhere! i needed extra towels to mop up the floor and the breakfast service was slow.

central position rooftop bar
the hotel has a roof terrace bar. it has amazing views over the alcazaba. the location was superb, it was right beside everything we wanted to do. everything was very comfy and tidy, and we felt well looked after
it was impossible to sleep from 10 pm to 2 am because of the noisy local restaurants. the room windows seem like they have no glass in them. you can hear everything from outside.

a stay with some issues
street noise missing mini-bar
the location was really central and close to everything.
my room was far from quiet at night. the noise from the street below kept me awake most nights. i think the windows didn't block out the sound as well as they could have. also, i really wish there had been a mini-bar in the room to keep my drinks cold.

Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff!
superb location italian food comfortable bed spanish breakfast
I really enjoyed the hotel's superb location. It is very close to museums, the cathedral, and the park. The staff were very friendly. The receptionist arranged our airport transfer. It worked perfectly.
My room was a bit cold. The bedcovers were very thin, and the bed was badly made with an uneven spread of duvet, leaving me feeling draughty.
